When will I get my order?
To save on waste, our clothing is printed specifically for each order. You will recieve your order, depending on geographical region, as follows.
● UK order to your door: 7-15 business days
An order placed for 5 t-shirts in December 2021 (UK) went as follows:
02/12 - Order Placed
09/12 - Order Ready for Dispatch
11/12 - Order delivered to customer

● Europe order to your door: 9-15 business days
● International order to your door: 12-27 business days
[Covid-19] When will I get my order?
There may be some unavoidable delays due to the strain on the workforce at this time. Any specific delays that we are aware of will be updated above.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following
● Check your delivery confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
● Ask your local post office if they have your package
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
If the delivery address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbour’s, get in touch with us at https://affafine.bigcartel.com/contact with your order number and we will find a solution to the problem as soon as possible.
